LazAct Black Additive
As the name implies, its a Laser Activated Additive for the plastic molding process that prints in black ink in variety of light and dark colored molded plastics. LazAct Black is a permanent plastic additive for Nd:YAG & Fiber Laser Marking. Great for barcoding, logos ,texts,expiration dates on bottles or for any image that needs to appear via laser on plastic.
Available in powder concentrate for your specific formulation or available in master batch pellet concentrate in a variety of plastic options.
It’s recommended to introduce 2% to 4% of this granulated masterbatch in your molding process. It can be automatically fed via your feeding systems at the throat of your molding machines or just manually salt and pepper it in the resin of your choice to get high contrast black printing on molded products using Yag or Fiber lasers.
